We require all orders to be submitted and reserved through our website to confirm availability and secure rental items. This process allows us to document details clearly, respond efficiently, and provide consistent service for every event.

Frequently asked questions

Our delivery fee is from our office location at 836 Oakview Trce, Atlanta, GA 30349 (this is not a customer storefront) to your venue or home location. The minimum delivery charge is $35.00. You can pick up and return items back to our office location. Weekend special, orders pickup on Fridays can be return on Sundays between 2pm-6pm. Delivery is to the customer's front door or garage not to the back of the house, this is an additional fee. Maximum delivery is 15 miles from our office address.

All rentals are final. Once items have been picked up or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Full payment is required no later than three (3) days prior to your event date to avoid cancellation.

Rental items must be returned by the agreed return time stated in your rental agreement. Failure to return items on time will result in additional daily rental charges or forfeiture of the 40% non-refundable deposit.

Rental items can be reserved by booking directly through our website at www.adelegantevents.com Our online booking system prevents overbooking and secures inventory once your order is confirmed.

  • Sales Tax
    Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your event’s county rate.
  • Security Deposit
    Select rental items require a refundable security deposit ranging from $30.00 to $125.00, depending on the item(s) rented.
  • Professional Setup & Breakdown Fees
    Setup and breakdown fees apply to certain equipment and are based on item type and event scope:
    • Large frame tents: Starting at $200.00 and up
    • Pop-up tents: $25.00 per tent
    • Tables: $3.00 per table
    • Chairs: $1.00 per chair
    • Party tent rental packages: $250.00 (includes setup and breakdown)

All applicable fees are clearly outlined during checkout or within your rental agreement prior to confirmation.

Our delivery drivers will contact you before making delivery, you have the option to cancel and reschedule. We will hold your deposit and you can reschedule or apply to a future event.
